There is no charge for pool heating (unlike most other homes) however in the unlikely event of a cool snap in December or January the pool temperature cannot be guaranteed as it is solar powered.

Terms and Conditions

• Booking and Payment - to confirm a booking a deposit of £50 per week is required with the booking form. The full amount is due 10 weeks before arrival. The deposit then becomes a surety deposit that will be refunded on your return home provided no damage has occurred to the house during your stay.
• Cancellations:
  - Prior to 10 weeks before rental - deposit only
  - Within 10 weeks of rental - full payment required.
• Rental Period - the rental time begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at noon the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.
• Minimum rental period 7 days which can start or end on any day of the week. Extra days charged pro rata.
• Safety - The property has its own private pool. The owners and their agents cannot accept responsibility for any accident caused as a result of the pool or its surrounding area. Guests are specifically required to supervise children at all times.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking inside the house.
• Insurance - all guests are required to have adequate levels of insurance cover.
• Force Majeure - The owners of the property or their servants or agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: - hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airport, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owners control.
